[ Consulting Case ] Ms. Khait Tana from Mongolia
A case study of consulting Ms.Kite Tana
Ms.Khait Tana, from Mongolia, opened Mongolian Restaurant ‘Sato’ in April 2019. Then, due to COVID-19 calamity, sales plummeted. It was no longer possible to continue the business without developing a different business.
Therefore, she consulted our association.
” I have a network of Mongolians, so I can offer jobs to Mongolians. “
After consulting with us, she decided to start her own recruitment business. She decided to start her own recruitment business and, in order to obtain a loan for this, she decided to incorporate her personal business.
Therefore, together with an administrative scrivener, we prepared the documents for the registration of the company that allows us to start a job placement business.
We will work with the tax accountant to discuss the accounting aspects of keeping the business going and the financing. We then enter into an advisory contract with a tax accountant to provide financial support.
We also helped her to secure sales for her main business by using the restaurant in our association and by introducing customers to her restaurant.
One month after the consultation, the company registration was completed. The company name was changed from Goh, a privately owned Mongolian restaurant, to Goh Co. We immediately applied for a fee-charging employment agency license, which is necessary in order to provide job placement services. The application was not approved until two months later. In the meantime, she is learning how the job placement business works.
From Ms.Kite Tana
” Until now, I didn’t have the means to make any decisions on my own, and I had no one to consult.
However, by getting to know the people of the Aichi Inbound Association, I was able to understand how to run a business and how it works, which I had never known before. The reason I was able to move forward at such a rapid pace was because of the support of the professionals.
They came to the shop to encourage me, they used the shop as a group and they were there for me as a friend.
I would like to get my own business off the ground as soon as possible and become a friend who can do inbound business with me. ”
